Andreas’ entry into the restaurant management business has been a natural evolution. Having watched his father run the family restaurant from a tender age, Andreas followed in his footsteps, working both for him, and initiating his own venture. Today, Andreas joins Il Buchetto with over 20 years of experience of running his own restaurant.

Columbia Beach Resort’s award-winning Executive Chef, Ioannis Giakoumidis has taken the helm at Il Buchetto, displaying an unsurpassed, versatile culinary sophistication and unwavering dedication to incorporating the freshest of local ingredients into his dishes. In designing Il Buchetto’s menu, Chef Ioannis has respectfully paid homage to the culinary idiosyncrasies and nuances unique to Italy.
